Does this sound like you?

  • You're a highly sensitive woman in Ontario between 25-39 with big emotions who has (diagnosed or suspected) ADHD / AuDHD symptoms, anxiety, or depression.
  • You are an overthinker, a worrier, a busy Type A (or Type B 🙃) who is either doing a million things at once, or crashing into doom scrolling, bed rotting, Netflix and Uber Eats.
  • You have read self-help books, watched the therapy Tiktoks/Reels, tried journaling and meditation, maybe you have even tried therapy before - but you're still stuck.
  • You struggle with people-pleasing, self-sabotage, overwhelm, and difficulty setting boundaries. Your emotions feel like they're all over the place.
  • Maybe it's a daily battle with procrastination, lack of focus, rejection sensitivity, time-blindness, or have a hard time regulating emotions.
  • You feel foggy and unclear about what is most important to you, and wonder why you can't just say or do the things you really want to.
  • Often, this can show up as difficulties in interpersonal relationships - either being attracted to the "wrong" people, being unable to find fulfillment in existing relationships, or acting out in your current relationship in ways that you're not proud of.

Hi, I'm Rachel. And as a highly sensitive person who had a pressure-filled corporate job prior to becoming a therapist, I truly understand firsthand the challenges that come from simply existing in today's urgency-based hustle culture. My specialties are helping women 25-39ish to accept and process their big feelings like anxiety, self-blame, over-apologizing, over-explaining, people-pleasing, and the bracing that comes from CPTSD and (often) raised by emotionally immature adults.

In addition to being a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) & Masters Level Intern, I also have a special interest in trauma - that means I view my clients through the lens of attachment style and family history to better understand the experiences that lie behind your emotions and unhelpful patterns of behaviour.
